1. What is Credit?

- Credits can be redeemed for premium services on the Wink app.

- Earn Credits on Wink through tasks, top-ups, Subscriptions, and more.

- Some Wink app features and services require Credits.

- Credits expire and must be used within their validity period. Expired Credits will not be refunded or reissued, so please use them promptly.

2. How to obtain Credits?

There are currently several methods to obtain Credits:

- Tasks and Activities: Earn Credits by completing tasks, including your first login.

- Top-ups: Buy a set amount of Credits with a one-time top-up.

- Benefits: Get monthly Credits with Wink VIP or Wink SVIP.

3. Do Credits have an expiration?

Credits are earned through tasks, activities, or by purchasing Wink VIP or SVIP1. First-time login Credits are valid for 12 months from the acquisition date.
2. Credits for Wink VIP are issued at the start of each month and are valid for 31 days, expiring if the Subscription is canceled.
3. Credits from purchasing Wink SVIP are valid only during the service period and accumulate. However, they will expire and be cleared if the SVIP is not renewed.
Credits obtained through top-upsTop-up Credits are valid for one year from the purchase date.

4. When will member Credits be distributed?

You will receive your monthly Credits upon Subscription. The monthly Credits depend on your billing date; for example, if you join on the 10th, you will receive next month's Credits on the 10th of the following month.

5. How many devices can use the same Subscription simultaneously?

Up to 3 devices can log in simultaneously.

6. How to turn off auto-renewal?

iOS: Go to the App Store, tap your profile icon in the top right corner, select ""Cancel Subscription.""

Stripe: Go to the bottom of the subscription page and click on the ""Renewal Management"" option to cancel.
